1、 Process principle:
1. The high-energy high ozone ultraviolet beam is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, namely reactive oxygen species. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to be combined with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. UV + O2 → o - + O * (reactive oxygen species) O + O2 → O3 (ozone). It is well known that ozone has a strong oxidation effect on organic substances and has an immediate effect on removing organic gases and other irritating odors. After the organic gas is input to the purification equipment by the exhaust equipment, the high-energy ultraviolet beam and ozone are used to conduct collaborative decomposition and oxidation reaction on the organic (odor) gas, so that the organic gas substances are degraded and transformed into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe.
2. When the catalyst (titanium dioxide) is irradiated by ultraviolet light, it generates superoxide anion radical and hydroxide radical with strong chemical activity to attack organic matter and degrade organic matter. Titanium dioxide is a non dissolving material. While thoroughly decomposing organic pollutants and killing and sterilizing, it does not decompose and dissolve itself. It has a long-lasting photocatalytic effect and has a long-lasting effect of sterilization and pollutant degradation.
2、 Product performance overview:
1. Efficient degradation of organic chemicals: it can effectively remove volatile organic compounds (VOC), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan and other major pollutants, as well as various odor. The deodorization efficiency can reach more than 99.9%, and the deodorization effect greatly exceeds the national emission standard of odor pollutants (gb14554-93) issued in 1993
2. There is no need to add any substance: only the corresponding exhaust pipe and exhaust power need to be set to make the gas deodorize, decompose and purify through the equipment, and there is no need to add any substance to participate in the chemical reaction.
3. Strong adaptability: it can adapt to the purification treatment of high concentration, atmospheric volume and different organic chemical gases, and can be used every day

4. Low operation cost: the equipment has no mechanical action, no noise, no special personnel management and daily maintenance, and only needs to be repaired
