The main structure of RTO regenerative incinerator is composed of a combustion chamber, three ceramic packing beds and six switching valves. The regenerative ceramic packed bed heat exchanger in the device can recover the heat energy to a great extent, and the heat recovery rate is more than 95%; No or very little fuel is used when handling VOC.
Scope of application:
1. Applicable organic waste gases: hydrocarbon organic waste gases such as alkanes, olefins, alcohols, ketones, ethers, esters, aromatics and benzene;
2. Low concentration of organic matter (less than 25% LFL at the same time) and large air volume;
3. The waste gas contains a variety of organic components, or the organic components often change;
4. Waste gas containing components that are easy to poison the catalyst or degrade its activity.
